RESOLUTION APPROVING MISCELLANEOUS ENGINEERING CONTRACTS
WITH WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING & SURVEYING, INC. , ROBINSON
ENGINEERING CO. AND SCHENK ENGINEERING CO. FOR CALENDAR YEAR
1981 AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACTS BY MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK.
WHEREAS, miscellaneous engineering services are needed by the City of
Waterloo, Iowa for calendar year 1981 , now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the miscellaneous engineering contracts dated January 12, 1981 for the
calendar year 1981 , by and between Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying,
Inc. , Robinson Engineering Co. and Schenk Engineering Co. , and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and
City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of January, 1981 .
