RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PAY ESTIMATE NO. 1
DATED DECEMBER 26 , 1980 , FROM HURST EXCAVATING, INC.
FOR WORK PERFORMED AND MATERIAL FURNISHED FOR LINCOLN -
ACKERMANT AREA STORM SEWER AND PUMPING STATION, CONTRACT
NO, 205 AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Hurst Excavating, Inc. , Waterloo, Iowa, has performed
work and furnished material in connection with Lincoln-Ackermant
Area Storm Sewer & Pumping Station, Contract No , 205 , in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said services rendered by the said
Hurst Excavating, Inc. , as shown on Engineer' s statement dated December
26, 1980 is $137, 754. 00 , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Hurst Excavating, Inc. , be paid the sum of $137 , 754. 00 being pay-
ment for the statement dated December 26 , 1980 , on said contract for
services rendered in connection with the Lincoln-Ackermant Area Storm
Sewer & Pumping Station, Contract No . 205, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized,
empowered, and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and
deliver the same to the said Hurst Excavating, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa,.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of January, 1981 .
