RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT DATED
JANUARY 5 , 1981, FROM ROBINSON ENGINEERING CO . , ENGINEERS ,
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR F.Y. 1981 CARRIAGE HILL
RETENTION BASIN, CONTRACT NO . 210 , AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS , Robinson Engineering Co. , Engineers , Waterloo , Iowa have
rendered engineering services in connection with the F. Y. 1981
Carriage Hill Retention Basin, Contract No . 210 in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS , the amount of the mst for said engineering services , rendered
by the said Robinson Engineering Co . , as shown in their statement dated
January 5 , 1981 is $2 , 385 . 25 , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA:
That Robinson Engineering Co. , be paid the sum of $2 , 385 . 25 being pay-
ment for the statement dated January 5 , 1981 , on said contract for
engineering services rendered in connection with the F .Y. 1981 Carriage
Hill Retention Basin, Contract No . 210 , in the City of Waterloo , Iowa,
and the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered
and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the
same to Robinson Engineering Co . of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of January, 1981 .
