RESOLUTION NO. ( 9 9 1 - 13
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEEDS FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
hereby accepts two deeds from Nellie Baker, widow, to the City of
Waterloo, Towa, as follows:
One deed dated September 22, 1955, and filed for recording on
September 29, 1955, and recorded in Land Deed Book 116, 'L'age
235; of the records of Black Hawk County, Iowa; and
The second deed dated November 4, 1955, and filed for recording
on November 18, 1955, and recorded in Land Deed Book 116, Page
367) of the records of Black Hawk County, Iowa;
for street purposes.
