RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND OF STOKES
LANDSCAPING, INC . OF WATERLOO, IOWA FOR THE F.Y. 1981
DAWSON STREET SIDEWALK PROGRAM IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 217 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA, that
the contract of Stokes Landscaping, Inc. of Waterloo , Iowa for the
F.Y. 1981 Dawson Street Sidewalk Program in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor
and the City Clerk as of the 12th day of January, 1981 , together
with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said
contract signed by the Merchants Mutual Bonding Co. of Des Moines ,
Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby, approved.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of January, 1981.
