RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO BE
GIVEN ON THE CITY OF WATERLOO' S APPLICATION FOR
SEVENTH SEAR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS
( JUNE 15 , 1981 TO JUNE 15 , 1982) ,AS JANUARY 26 , 1981 ,
AT 7 : 00 P .M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND
INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo , Iowa at 7 : 00 o' clock P .M. on the 26th day of January
1981 for the purpose of considering and acting upon the City of
Waterloo ' s application for Seventh Year Community Development Block
Grant Funds to be submitted to the Department of Housing and
Urban Development for the period from June 15 , 1981 to June 15 ,
1982 .
now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 5th day of January, 1981 .
