RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING CONTRACT WITH BRICE
PETRIDES, AND ASSOCIATES, INC. , FOR SUPPLEMENTAL
AGREEMENT NO, 4 OF THE HACKET ROAD BY-PASS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR AND CITY CLERK.
WHEREAS , engineering services for Supplemental Agreement No. 4 of the
Hackett Road By-Pass in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are needed, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF ME CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the
Engineering Contract dated January 5, 1981 for Supplemental Agreement No .
4 for the preparation of the Environmental Impact statement for Hackett
Road By-Pass by and between Brice, Petrides, and Associates , Inc . of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 5th day of January, 1981.
