RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH NORTHWESTERN
BELL AND AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION OF EMERGENCY
9-1-1 SYSTEM AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
CONTRACT BY MAYOR AND CITY CLERK°
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract for the installation of Emergency 8-A, 9-1-1
Telephone System between Northwestern Bell Telephone Co . of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 5th day of January 1981.
