RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 25452, ADOPTED
ON OCTOBER 24, 1977 AUTHORIZING SALE AND CONVEYANCE
OF LOT 15 , BLOCK 3, MANSON'S SECOND ADDITION TO
ROOSEVELT ROBY, JR.
WHEREAS , a public hearing was held on October 24, 1977 on the sale
and conveyance of Lot 15 , Block 3 of Manson' s Second Addition, and
WHEREAS, there were no objections to said sale and conveyance ,
and
WHEREAS , Roosevelt Roby, Jr. submitted the highest bid for said
property in the amount of $1, 001 .00 and
WHEREAS , under Resolution No . 25452, the City Council authorized
the sale and conveyance to said, Mr. Roby, and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds have not been remitted by Mr. Roby, for
said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that Resolution No . 25452 adopted on October 24, 1977
be rescinded.
Passed and adopted this 5th day of Ja-ivary, 1981.
