RESOLUTION NO. 2010-12
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE
FOUNDATION OF NORTHEAST IOWA AND
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated January 11, 2010, for a grant in the
amount of $5,000.00, with no required city match, for the Pat
Bowlsby Off -Leash Dog Park, by and between the Community
Foundation of Northeast Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of January, 2010.
