RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO
AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 2 to agreement dated January 11, 2010, for
Community Development Block Grant Business Disaster Recovery
funding for the expanded Business Assistance Program, by and
between the Iowa Department of Economic Development and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of January, 2010.
