RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM PETERSON
CONTRACTORS, INC. OF REINBECK, IOWA, FOR THE
F.Y. 2010 RIVER RENAISSANCE TRAIL - WEST 6TH
STREET TO WEST 18TH STREET, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 761.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Peterson Contractors, Inc. of Reinbeck,
Iowa, for the F.Y. 2010 River Renaissance Trail - West 6th Street
to West 18th Street, Contract No. 761, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the
Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 11th day of January, 2010,
together with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance
of said contract signed by Travelers Casualty and Surety Company
of America of Hartford, Connecticut, as surety thereon, be, and
the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of January, 2010.
