RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH THE BLACK HAWK COUNTY
CONSERVATION BOARD AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated January 11, 2010, for
the development of the Black Hawk Creek Water Trail, by and
between the Black Hawk County Conservation Board of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and Deputy City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
