TERMINATION OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa ("City") and Camenzind Masonry, LLC ("Company")
entered into two Development Agreements (the "Agreements") and Minimum Assessment Agreements
(the "MAAs"), each dated March 15, 2021 and recorded April 6, 2021 as Doc. No. 2021-21071 and
2021-21075, concerning real property legally described in said documents (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to terminate the Agreements and the MAAs.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree that the Agreements and MAAs are hereby terminated
and that neither party shall have any further responsibilities of performance thereunder, except that
Company shall immediately convey the Property to City by special warranty deed and deliver to City the
abstracts of title for the Property.
