Chiles, Wilder. Absent: Mr. Grieder.

3:50 p.m. - Discussion of the FY2024 budget.
Bridgett Wood, Finance Manager, provided an overview of the FY2024 budget.
City council members discussed the FY2024 budget presentation with Bridgett Wood.
Approx. 4:05 p.m. - Discussion of a residential group buy solar program.

To reconvene at 4:25 p.m. Voice vote -Ayes: Six. Motion Carried.
Jessica Maldonado, Consultant with The Nature Conservancy, provided an overview of
the Grow Solar program.
Marta Monti, Solar Program Manager, Midwest Renewable Energy Association, explained that
they have facilitated over 60 Grow Solar programs throughout the Midwest since 2013 and
reviewed the benefits of cities partnering in a solar program.
City council members discussed the Grow Solar Program with Jessica Maldonado and Marta
Monti.
