RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH CARDINAL
CONSTRUCTION, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the First Amendment to Development Agreement dated
January 11, 2010, to extend the date to January 1, 2011 for new
construction of a professional office building in the Country
Club Business Center, by and between Cardinal Construction, Inc.
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and Deputy City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of January, 2010.
