RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH ANTHONY L. AND CHRISTOPHER P. HUFF AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated January 11, 2010, for
development of a 3,600 square foot building generally located at
3450 Wagner Road, with a new taxable value of $177,470.00, and
tax rebates for 5 years at 50 percent, by and between Anthony L.
and Christopher P. Huff of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and Deputy City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of January, 2010.
