RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated January 11, 2010, for a Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Disaster Recovery
Infrastructure Contract in the amount of $3,941,250.00, for the
design and construction of storm water lift stations, by and
between the Iowa Department of Economic Development and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this
