ON PROPOSED -PLANS, . -SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST ETC., IN CONJUNCTION
h WITH THE 2016 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM— ZONE 6
AND TRAIL REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 902, AS, APRIL 25,
2016, AT 5:30 P.M., IN HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WATERLOO, IOWA WITH THE'`y
TAKING OF BIDS ON APRIL 21, 2016, AND INSTRUCTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVEDY BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,-AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the.City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in_.the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on_the 25th day of April 2016,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing,on proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost etc., in conjunction with the 2016 Sidewalk Repair Program —Zone 6 and Trail
Repairs, Contract No. 902, with the taking of bids at 1:00 p.m. on April 21, 2016.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the"time and place of
said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
