CONTRACT,,ESTIMATE OF COST ETC., IN CONJUNCTION .

REHABILITATION PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 911, AS,MAY
9, 2016, AT 5:30 P.M.,' IN HAROLD E. GETTY, COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, ,CITY HALL, WATERLOO, IOWA WITH THE a
TAKING OF BIDS ON MAY 5, 2016, AND INSTRUCTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF-THE CITYOFWATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Harold E.
GettyCouncil Chambers, Cit Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at S:30 .m. on*the 9th da of May 2016, for

the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost etc., in conjunction with the Hawkeye Lift Station Wet Well Rehabilitation
Project, Contract No.,911, with the taking of bids at 1:00 p.m. on May, 5, 2016.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of
said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 2016.
