RESOLUTION-FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE-OF COST ETC., IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY2016 FITZWAY AND GALACTIC DRIVE
EXTENSIONS IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
CONTRACT NO. 896, AS APRIL 25, 2016, AT 5:30 P.M., IN
HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL,
WATERLOO, IOWA WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS ON APRIL
21, 2016, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE COUNCIL OF THE CITY,OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:,
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 25th dayof April 2016,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans, specifications; form of contract,
estimate of cost -etc., in conjunction with the FY2016 Fitzway Drive and Galactic Drive
Extensions in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,.Contract No. 896,with the taking of bids at 1:00 p.m.
on April•21, 2016.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is,hereby directed't6 publish notice of the time and place of
said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 2016.
