RESOLUTION NO. 2016-238
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT,y
h ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO FIVE.
SULLIVAN BROTHERS CONVENTION CENTER CHAIR
REPLACEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City`Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Building Official of said city to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the Waterloo Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Chair
Replacement, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official did file said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the Waterloo Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Chair
Replacement, and p
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice was held on April 4, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE;BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said approval of specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc.,
,in conjunction with the Waterloo Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Chair Replacement,,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 2016.
