RESOLUTION NO. 2016-239
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
WATERLOO FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS CONVENTION
CENTER CHAIR REPLACEMENT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2016-238, specifications, bid documeii,form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the Waterloo Five ,Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Chair
Replacement, have been approved and adopted by this-Council after the public hearing on April
4, 2016 as prescribed by statute. M
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is.deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this-Council that the said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April,.2016.
