RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO STOREY
k.
KENWORTHY OF DES MOINES, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $97,755.24, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO
FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS CONVENTION CENTER
CHAIR REPLACEMENT, AND AUTHORIZE.MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that"the contract dated April 4, 2016, between Storey Kenworthy of Des Moines, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $97,755.24, 'in conjunction with the Waterloo Five
Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Chair Replacement, is hereby approved and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa. -
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 2016.
