RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT
TO ASPRO, INC.,.OF WATERLOO, IOWA IN.THE AMOUNT
OF $1,711,715.06 AND APPROVING THE CONTRACT, ,,
BONDS, AND CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE FOR THE F.Y.
2016 ASPHALT OVERLAY PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 897;
AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated April 4, 2016, between Aspro, Inc. ofWaterloo, Iowa and the City uof
Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $01,711,715.06, in conjunction with the F.Y. 2016 Asphalt
Overlay Program, Contract No. 897, is hereby approved along with the bonds and certificate of
insurance, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute all necessary
documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
