RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE
CITY OF WATERLOO PURCHASING PROCEDURES TO
APPROVE THE PURCHASE OF ONE USED VERMEER k.
HORIZONTAL GRINDER (HG6000) IN THE AMOUNT OF
$181,500 FROM VERMEER IOWA, OF TIPTON,-IOWA, TO'
SUPPORT OPERATIONS AT THE CITY YARD WASTE SITE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that authorization for art exception,to the City of Waterloo Purchasing Procedures to approve the
purchase of one used Vermeer Horizontal Grinder (HG6000) in the amount of $181,500 from
Vermeer Iowa, of Tipton, Iowa, to support operations at the city yard waste site, is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 2016.
