RESOLUTION NO. 2016-245
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. -1 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC., OF
WATERLOO, IOWA TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THE
WASTE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT IN AN AMOUNT
4 NOT TO EXCEED $59,000.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL- OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated April 4, 2016, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to provide assistance to the
Waste Management Department in an amount not`to exceed $59,000, is hereby approved and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
