RESOLUTION NO. 2016-247
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN,
a
INC. FOR A CONTRACT, UP TO $5,000, FOR
a Y ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT - REVIEW
AND EVALUATION FOR THE POTENTIAL ,ACQUISITION,
OF IDOT, LAND NEAR GRAND CROSSING DEVELOPMENT
SITE, AND AUTHORIZE .MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, that
the Agreement dated April 4, 2016, between HR Green, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, for
environmental site assessment review and evaluation for the potential acquisition of IDOT land
near Grand Crossing development site, in'an amount up to $5,000, is hereby approved and the
Mayor and City'Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4t' day of April, 2016.
