RESOLUTION APPROVING SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT IN'
THE AMOUNT OF $4,952.54 FOR UNPAID WAGES FOR
FORMER CITY EMPLOYEEAND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, that
the Settlement Agreement dated April 4, 2016, between ,Michelle Wilson and the r City of
Waterloo, Iowa, for unpaid ,wages worked by` a 'former city employee; in. the amount of
$4,952.54, is hereby 'approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED.this 4th day of April, 2016. f
