RESOLUTION APPRCWING RIGHT-OF:-,WAY ASS URANCE
STATEMENT FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECTS 1980 FROM
IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, AND AUTH-
ORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Right-of-Way Assurance Statement for Federal Aid Pro-
jects 1980 dated January 7, 1980 from Highway Division of Iowa
Department of Transportation be, and the same is hereby, approved ,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Right-of-
Way Assurance Statement from the Iowa State Highway Commission in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of January, 1980.
