Council Member K ROEHR introduced the
following Resolution _ntitled "RESO TION ACCEPTING WORK" and
moved its adoption. Council Member DELMAN BOWERS seconded

Whereupon the Mayor . -Glared the following Resolution duly
adopted:

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK
WHEREAS, on May 29, 1979, Waterloo, Iowa, entered into
contract with Aspro, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa, for the
construction of Section III of the Waterloo, Iowa, F.Y. 1979
Paving Program No. 1, Contract #166, within the City, as
therein described; and
WHEREAS, said contractor has fully completed the construc-
tion of said improvements, known as Section III of the Waterloo,
Iowa, F.Y. 1979 Paving Program No. 1, Contract #166, in accor-
dance with the terms and conditions of said contract and plans
and specifications, as shown by the certificate of the
Engineer filed with the Clerk on DECEMBER 26 , 1979 :
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That said report of the Engineer be and the same is hereby
approved and adopted and said Section III improvements are
hereby approved and accepted as having been fully completed in
accordance with the said plans, specifications and contract,
and the total project cost of the Section III improvements under
said contract is hereby determined to be $ 101,628.66 as shown
in said report of the Engineer.
