RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $5 ,971 .44 ACCUMULATED
SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO RUTH JAQUETTE RETIRED AS
AN EMPLOYEE OF POLICE DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
I OWA o
WHEREAS, on the 4th day of January, 1980 , Ruth Jaquette retired
as an employee of police Department in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, Ruth Jaquette has accumulated 118 days of sicc leave
and is entitled to payment for same , and
WHEREAS, Ruth Jaquette has earned anc:i is entitled to 21 days
vacation pay,now,therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA
that Ruth Jaquette be paid the total sum of $5 ,971.44 being payment
in full for above mentioned sicK leave and earned vacation, and that
the Finance Director be,and he is herepy,authorized, empowered and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the
same to Ruth Jaquette.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 14th day of January
1980,approved by the Mayor on the 16th day of January, 1980 .
