RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ORDINANCE
ESTABLISHING INSPECTION FEES FOR MULTIPLE FAITLY DWELL-
INGS AS FEBRUARY 4, 1980 AT 7 :00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 :00 o 'clock. P.M° on the 4th day of February, 1980 for the
purpose of considering and acting upon the establishment of an
Ordinance establishing inspection fees for Multiple Family Dwell-
ings as authorized by the State of Iowa Housing Law,Section 413,
State Code of Iowa,now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted the 21st day of January,1980 .
