A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN OFFERS
TO SELL REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY.
WHEREAS , the City of Waterloo, Iowa,has had all the parcels
described herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained, and
WHEREAS , the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcels
is necessary to expand the East Side Parking Ramp .
NOW,THEREFORE ,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the offer of the owner of the parcel
hereinafter described to sell the same to the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
all of which are situated in the City of Waterloo,Black Hawk
County, Iowa, are accepted and approved and the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute the same in behalf of the
City and to execute all instruments necessary to consummate the
agreement to purchase the properties from the owners thereof.
The subject parcels are :
SELLER DESCRIPTION
Johnny C . and Janice M. southeasterly fifty five
Rice (55) feet of Lot No. Ten
(10) in Block Three (3) in
the Original Plat on the East
Side of the Cedar River , in the
City of Waterloo,Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
