RESOLUTION .APPRCWING THE FIRST READING OF
AN ORDINANCE FOR THE REZONING OF .A PARCEL
OF LAND REQUESTED BY CHARLES GRANGER AND
ASSOCIATES FROM "R-3" MULTIPLE FAMILY RE-
SIDENCE DISTRICT TO "R-4" MULTIPLE FAMILY
RESIDENCE DISTRICT LOCATED ON WEST 4th
STREET AND 400 FEET SOUTHWEST OF PINEHURST
LANE.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on January 28, 1980 as
required , at which time opponents and proponents of the proposed
ordinance were heard , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the first reading of an ordinance rezoning a parcel of land
requested by Charles Granger and Associates from "R-3" Multiple
Family Residence District to "R-4" Multiple Family Residence
District located on West 4th Street and 400 feet southwest of
Pinehurst Lane be approved.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of January, 1980.
