A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE FEDERAL REVENUE
SHARING FUND THE SUM OF FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY TWO THOUSAND
NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ( $ 552,900.00) TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1979-1980 Fiscal
Budget on March 1, 1979 allocating $ 418,000.00 for Fire
Salaries, $ 16,000.00 Park Dept. Operation, $62,500.00 Recrep.tion
Dept. - Swimming Pool Repairs, $ 26,400.00 Conway Civic Center
Operation, and $ 30,000.00 City Engineer for Studies within the
General Fund, and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the
amount of $ 552,900.00 from the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund
to the General Fund, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be instructed
to certify a copy of this Resolution to the City Treasurer of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said transfer be made.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of January, 1980.
