RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND
FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF WORK FOR DRAINAGE STRUCTURE IM-
PROVEMENTS ON MARTIN ROAD AND CEDAR TERRACE DRIVE,
CONTRACT NO. 100 , PROJECT NO. SOS WA(1) --70-7 AND
SOS WA(2) --70-7, FROM THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRAN -
PORTATION AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Final Acceptance of Work for
Drainage Structure Improvements on Martin Road and Cedar Terrace Drive,
Contract No. 100, Project No. SOS WA(1) --70-7 and SOS WA( 2) --70-7 dated
January 28, 1980, from the Iowa Department of Transportation be, and the
same is hereby approved , and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Certificate of Com-
pletion and Final Acceptance of Work for Drainage Structure Improvements
on Martin Road and Cedar Terrace Drive, Contract No. 100 , Project SOS Wa
(1) --70-7 and SOS WA(2) --70-7 from the Iowa Department of Transportation
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of January, 1980.
