RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR
SCHOITZ MEMORIAL HOSPITAL.
WHEREAS, Schoitz Memorial Hospital has proposed that the Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan for medical offices
located at the intersection of Kimball and West Ridgeway Avenues and
legally described as follows:
Commencing on the North line of Ridgeway Avenue at the
intersection of said North line of Ridgeway Avenue and
the East line of Kimball Avenue; thence East along said
North line of Ridgeway Avenue a distance of 665.88 feet;
thence North along a line that is parallel with the East
line of Kimball Avenue a distance of Two Hundred Fifty-
five (255) feet; thence West along a line that is parallel
with the North line of Ridgeway Avenue a distance of
Twenty (20) feet ; thence North along a line that is
parallel with the East line of Kimball Avenue a distance
of Ninety (90) feet; thence West along a line that is
parallel with the North line of Ridgeway Avenue a distance
of Five (5) feet ; thence North Two Hundred Fifty-five (255)
feet along a line that is parallel with the East line of
Kimball Avenue, thence West along a line that is parallel
with the North line of Ridgeway Avenue a distance of 640.8
feet ; thence South along the East line of Kimball Avenue
to point of beginning except therefrom the Southerly Seven-
teen (17) feet in even width, and Lots Nos. 43, 44 and 45
in Sunset Hills in Waterloo, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on February 4, 1980, at 7 :00
P.M. in the Council Chambers in City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, as provided
by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the proposal
to approve said above mentioned site plan, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site plan
should be approved as proposed , now, t'-ierefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the site plan for medical offices for Schoitz Memorial Hospital
located at the intersection of Kimball and West Ridgeway Avenues, be,
and the same is hereby approved .
Passed and adopted this 4th day of February, 1980 , approved by
the Mayor this 6th day of February, 1980.
