RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND BOND OF
PETERSONCONTRACTORS, INC. FOR DRY RUN CREEK
FLOOD CONTROL WORKS. CONTRACT NO. 99A.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Peterson Contractors, Inc. of Reinbeck, Iowa
for Dry Run Creek Flood Control Works, Contract No. 99A in the City
of Waterloo. Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by
the Mayor an' the City Clerk as of the 4th day of Feb. , 1980, together
with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said contract
signed by the Unitedd States Fidelity & Guaranty Co. & United States
Fire Insurance Co. , as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby, approved.
Passed and adopted this 4th day of February, 1980.
