RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $2,871.84 ACCUMULATED
SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY OT PATRICK HEUN RETIRED AS
AN EMPLOYEE OF POLICE DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on the 31st day of january,1980, Patrick Heun re-
tired as an employee of Police Department in tae City of Wate loo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Patrick Heun has a_cumulated 26 days of sick leave
and is entitled to payment for same, ana
WHEREAS, Patrick Heun has earned and is entitled to
days vacation pay, now, tnerefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA,that Patrick Heun be paid the total sum of $2 ,871.84 being
payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned vacation,
and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby authorized,
empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum
and deliver the same to Patrick Heun.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 4th day of Feb-
ruary, 1980,approved by the Mayor on the &Ca day of February, 1980 .
