.A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING .AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON VACATION
OF THE EAST-WEST :ALLEY IN BLOCK 9, RICKER
AND BRATNOBER LAND COMPANY ADDITION AS FEB-
RUARY 25, 1980, AT 7:00 P.M. IN COUNCIL
CHAMBERS. OF CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iora, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7:00 P.M. , on the 25th day of Februar, 1980,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon a propo9l to
vacate the east-west alley in Block 9, Ricker and BratDber Land
Company Addition requested by David H. Buck, on behalfof Matt
Parrott and Sons Company owned by the City of Waterloo Iowa,
described as follows:
The east-west alley located in Block 9, Riker
and Bratnober Land Company .Addition, City f
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed o publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in tr Waterloo
Courier, in the manner provided the Code of Iowa.
