RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER
TO REVISE THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THE 600
BLOCK NORTH BARCLAY STREET, SANITARY SEWER
RELOCATION, CONTRACT NO. 194, AND DIRECTING
THE CITY CLERK TO RETURN THE CERTIFIED CHECK
OF BLACK HAWK PLUMBING.
WHEREAS, plans, specifications, form of contract , estimate
of cost , etc. , have been prepared for the 600 Block North Barclay
Street Sanitary Sewer Relocation, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing and receipt of bids was held on
January 28, 1980, and
WHEREAS, the bid was received which was above the Engineer' s
estimate, now, therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, THE
following:
1 . That the Engineer revise the scope of work for the 600
Block North Barclay Street Sanitary Sewer Relocation, and
2. That the City Clerk return the certified check of Black
Hawk Plumbing Company.
Passed and adopted this 11th day of February, 1980.
