RESOLUTION .APPROVING THE FIRST READING OF
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING INSPECTION FEES
FOR MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLINGS.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on February 4, 1980 as
required, at which time opponents and proponents of the proposed
ordinance were heard, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the first reading of an ordinance establishing inspection
fees for multiple family dwellings be approved .
Passed and adopted this llth day of February, 1980.
