RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED JANUARY 24, 1980, FROM
SCHENK ENGINEERING COMPANY, ENGINEERS,
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR F.Y. 1979
PAVING PROGRAM CONTRACT NO. 170, AND
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT .ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Schenk Engineering Company, Engineers, Waterloo,
Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connection with the
F.Y. 1979 Paving Program, Contract No. 170 in the City of Water-
loo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Schenk Engineering Company, as shown
in their statement dated January 24, 1980 is $16, 482.12, now,
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Schenk Engineering Company, be paid the sum of $16, 482. 12
being payment for the statement dated January 24, 1980 , on said
contract for engineering services rendered in connection with
the F.Y. 1979 Paving Program, Contract No. 170, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrent accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Schenk Engineering Company,
of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this llth day of February, 1980.
