RESOLUTION :APPROVING PAYMENT OF $3, 599. 19,
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
JOHN SUER RETIRED AS AN EMPLOYEE OF WATER
POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT IN THE CITY OF WA-
TERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on the 31st day of January, 1980, John Suer re-
tired as an employee of Water Pollution Control Plant in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, John Suer has accumulated 439.75 hours of sick
leave and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS, John Suer, has earned and is entitled to 120 hours
vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that John Suer be paid the total sum of $3, 599. 19, being
payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned vacat-
ion, and that the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby, auth-
orized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrent accordingly for
said sum and deliver the same to John Suer.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the llth day of Feb-
ruary, 1980, approved by the Mayor on the 13th day of February,
1980 .
