NO. 16.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed
the City Engineer of said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, etc. ,
for the Repairs to the Eleventh Street and Falls Avenue Bridges, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 16, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans, specifications, etc. , `. u
for Repairs to the Eleventh Street and Falls Avenue Bridges , known as Contract No.
16, which were preliminarily approved on February 4, 1980, and ��v .__

WHEREAS, a Public Hearing, upon notice, was held on February 18, 1980, C• D c\.)

and no objections were made, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, That said proposed
plans, specifications, etc. , for the Repairs to the Eleventh Street and Falls Avenue
Bridges, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 16, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
Passed and adopted this 18th day of February, 1980.
