RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR
FEDERAL AID RAILROAD CROSSING PROTECTION PROJECT WITH
THE IOWA DFPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that an
Agreement for Federal Aid Railroad Crossing Protection Project with Iowa
Department of Transportation, dated February 21 , 1980 for railroad crossing
warning device protection at various locations in the City of Waterloo, by and
between the Iowa Department of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 18th day of February, 1980.
