RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $546. 11 ACCUMULATED
SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO DAVID RAINEY , AN
EMPLOYEE OF BUILDING DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO , IOWA.
WHEREAS , on the 31st day of January , 1980 , David Rainey resigned
as an employee of Building Department in the City of Waterloo , Iowa ,
and
WHEREAS , David Rainey has accumulated 72 hours of sick leave and
is entitled to payment for same , and
WHEREAS , David Rainey has earned and is entitled to 13 . 33 hours
vacation pay, now , therefore ,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA ,
that David Rainey be paid the total sum of $546. 11 being payment in
full for above mentioned sick leave and earned vacation , and that the
Finance Director be , and he is hereby, authorized , empowered and ordered
to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to
David Rainey.
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 18th day of February ,
1980 , approved by the Mayor on the 20th day of February, 1980.
