RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIRST READING OF THE
VACATION OF AN EAST-WEST ALLEY LOCATED IN BLOCK
9,RICKER AND BRATNOt3ER LAND COMPANY ADDITION, CITY
OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY IOWA.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on February 25, 1980
for the vacation of a parcel of property in Ricker and Bratnober
Land Company, Addition, and,
WHEREAS9no objections were heard against this proposal,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the first reading of the vacation on East-West alley in
Ricker and Bratnober Lana Company Addition, City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa be and the same is hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of February 1980 .
