RESOLUTION DENYING THE REQUEST OF F.RODEBE ON BEHALF OF
COUNTRY MANOR, INCQ ,AND ASSOCIATION OF CO-OWNERS OF
PRAIRIE MEADOW WEST CONDO TO ACCEPT INTO THE PUBLIC
STREET SYSTEM CERTAIN PRIVATE STREETS IN THE PRAIRIE
MEADOW WEST CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX.
WHEREAS, F.R. Debe on behalf of Country Manor Inc . and
Association of Co-Owners of Prairie Meadow West Condo has request-
ed that the City of Waterloo accept the private streets in the
Prairie Meadow West Condominium Complex as public streets and
WHEREAS , the Planning and Program Commission has reviewed
the requested and has recommended its subsequent denial, now,
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
that the request of F.R. Debe on behalf of Country Manor, Inc, and
Association of Co-Owners of Prairie Meadow West Condo to accept
into the public street system the streets in the Prairie Meadow
West Condominium Complex, be denied.
Passed and adopted this 25th day of February,1980 .
